I like the philosophy espoused by the Netflix culture deck, but it is obviously misapplied at Netflix. Totally stagnant company and product that hasn’t innovate

I like the philosophy espoused by the Netflix culture deck, but it is obviously misapplied at Netflix. Totally stagnant company and product that hasn’t innovated for years. “Producing the c grade Hollywood trash that even Hollywood rejected” is not innovation. So many tech companies drink their own koolaid on this stuff when really they just got lucky.
