- fgonzag 8y agoI don't think that kind of project arises out of financial motivations. It's rather a "can I build it" kind of thing.
- King-Aaron 8y agoI guess the same comment could be made about modifying any consumer product.

- sathackr 8y agoNot to mention completely destroying any trade value on the vehicle. Still pretty interesting though.
- WrtCdEvrydy 8y agoI mean, if you're buying a 2014 Tesla and it has Autopilot, that would make it worth more in the Used market.
- sathackr 8y agoI wouldn't buy it. It's been modified in a way that makes it very difficult for someone to find a person willing and capable of doing maintenance on it. If something in a system he retrofitted breaks, he will just about be the only person capable of fixing it. When you leave the envelope of normal on a vehicle, it rarely increases the value.
