With 6 devs, I would hope that there is an experienced team leader/manager/CTO. It would be up to the technical lead to set and maintain consistency and standards and lead the code reviews. Perhaps you have a more anarchical situation, in which case it would help to elect a leader who can maintain the respect of the others and provide firm guidance.
