It should be something obvious: a language is just a tool, and a good programmer should be able to adapt and learn to use a similar tool in little time.
A pity that for many in HR it´s not that obvious.
- rimantas 16y agoAlas, in most cases learning the language is nothing compared to learning and mastering the libraries. And then there is domain knowledge. HTML and CSS can be very easy if you ignore browsers, their rendering modes, accessibility requirements, etc.
