I love this idea. My wife and I are terrible about unloading the dishwasher and usually end up using the dishes out of it and piling dirty dishes in the sink for a few days. Then when the sink is full, it's more work to unload the few remaining dishes and then load it with dirty dishes. I'm now seriously contemplating putting this on a my list for when I renovate/build a house. If I don't like it, it's also pretty easy to rip it out and replace it with a large cabinet, especially if you opt for the "built-in" door cover for the dishwasher.
