And as others have mentioned; code reviews shouldnt ever be brutal. You need to look at code reviews as a way to improve your team's performance. It shouldn't be a roast.
- TheTrotters 8y agoThat’s not how I interpreted “brutal.” My impression is that the OP doesn’t want to sweep problems under the rug and wants to be frank (even if the truth is harsh).
