- pasbesoin 8y agoExcept by e.g. switching from fiber to microwave -- in certain constrained and financially motivated circumstances, such as regional and local transmission for the purpose of electronic trading. Or so I've read; not my thing. But it's a reminder not to take anything for granted -- not even "truths".
