You are asking "we're currently requiring our employees to commit tax fraud, how can we streamline this".
In Germany (and a lot of other EU countries), there are laws governing bogus self-employment ("Scheinselbstständigkeit").
- skrebbel 8y agoNo I'm not. I'm asking "how can I pay my people". Your snark doesn't help. If you say that asking people to be contractors is tax fraud, then I ask you what the alternative is. It's an honest question, we're an honest company. Don't assume the worst.
