I don't have an opinion on the findings, but can you really draw results from a single study with only 54 subjects? Specifically when something like this could differ across industries and those 54 are spread out among them.

The conclusions seem reasonable though. I.e. wouldn't you find it condescending if somebody offered you help when you didn't even hint that you could need some?
