- cromwellian 8y agoI know, I’ve been to Hong Kong many times. Maybe you should take a look at the map, only part of Hong Kong is directly connected. Of course, there’s tons of bridges already that can be used. But remember, one justification for the US national highway system was easy troop movement, My comment simply reflects on historical justifications of infrastructure having a military purpose.
