With the new FaceID features, I could see it being a nice touch if iOS were to ask users if they want to increase text size if it senses the user always holds the phone ridiculously close to their face and/or constantly squints. Beyond that, I don't know how much of a responsibility it is for the phone to push its accessibility options on everyone after initial setup.
