As a Finn who served in the military, I wouldn't put much weight on the data gathered from the conscripts. If you do well on the test, you might get assigned to officer training which means an extra 6 months of service. Many people intentionally answer wrong to get home earlier. I certainly did. Apart from that, I do believe there is a grain of truth in the article.
