Ask HN: What do you put in the notes section of your contact cards?

I remember reading a book once that mentioned a specific thing to put in the notes section which made a ton of sense, but now I can't remember which book (I think it was Work Rules or How Google Works). Anyway, that begs the question: what do others use that for? Over to you.
