First couple of paragraphs were appeal to authority, followed by anecdotes about what makes an iPhone hard for old people after which I stopped reading. The title of this article is click-baity. "I think iPhones are hard to use if you're old or disabled" would have been better but that doesn't drive readership, I guess.
