A question for the folks who would like to do more than just communicate in a way that welcomed all demographics -- how would so-called "demographic quotas" work in practice? It may well be my lack of imagination, but I'm having trouble imagining an outcome based approach that still allowed progress on projects to continue. Also, if such an approach could be articulated, would it be incompatible with this code of conduct?
