How does being a kit home affect resale value if at all?
- tptacek 8y agoI don't think it does. I think it's regarded as charming. There's a whole enthusiast community. Also: they're kit houses, but they're not like, mobile homes or pre-fab; they're just houses, like any other.
- wglb 8y agoI suspect that in some cases there may be a mild premium due to rarity.
