Good question. Anecdotally, I have been to a few stores in Australia and they have always been consistently busy. I listen to a few podcasts following (ATP, Connected) when the topic comes up the same experience pops up, the Genius Bar used to be great but now they are routinely difficult to get an appointment and being seen late is a real possibility. I suppose expensive retail spaces? Apple has got mail-in and phone service but I've never really heard anything about it.
