At least you got a quote...I've been told by providers that they only accept insurance patients (no up front cash), and they can't tell you till they bill you...Not sure why this is the only industry like that. You don't go to a restaurant and get the pricing after you eat. Heck when you go to a buffet you don't get billed based on how many plates you get.
