when using `sway` from community you will get sway running with `wlc` compositor instead of `wlroots`. `wlc` does not work with dynamic external monitor connect

when using `sway` from community you will get sway running with `wlc` compositor instead of `wlroots`.
`wlc` does not work with dynamic external monitor connection (which was a deal breaker for me, maybe other issues).
`wlroots` solves that.
