One of the best meals I've had in a long time was in Singapore. I stayed in "Little India" which is chock full of tiny little Indian restaurants. The best dish was the mutton masala. Absolutely delicious, but the finishing touch that made it amazing was the simple ginger beer. I want to go back to Singapore, just to eat some mutton masala and drink ginger beer...
