You can set each of your networks as a metered connection and Windows Update will not download anything.
- vezycash 8y agoThat's not what's happening with me. I've written a few times on HN how I have to use the ffg tools to stop windows from eating up my limited data. Du Meter, Netlimiter, Glasswire and spybot -anti beacon. Most important: Windows doesn't allow me to set my USB modem connection as metered.
