With Apple Music you can add your own tracks to iTunes and is available on all your devices. I wouldn't be surprised if Google Music works the same.

- GFischer 8y agoiTunes used to be extremely crappy and noxious on Windows, I wonder if it's changed. I'm STILL using mainly Winamp. I've tried some alternatives but for my old MP3 collection it's unbeatable.
