I've been thinking along the same lines. I currently use Python for relatively small projects, but even then, I wish I had type declarations when I come back to code I haven't looked at in a while. What is your favorite language with an advanced type system, Haskell, OCaml, or something else? I've dabbled in both, but I want to dive deep into one. I like the look of Haskell more, but I'm a little afraid of it.
