  It wasn't an excuse, it was a public service announcement. Hauling Facebook's CEO into legislative inquiries worldwide totally misses the Mark. Masquerading Facebook as the Face of this reality is totally disingenuous and more of a reflection of discomfort and fatigue people already had with that service than a genuine expression against the data brokers.
