The part that really gets me is that they expect you to tip before you receive any sort of service. You want a tip on how well you took my order so far? I go out of my way to add to tip jars after I've actually been served (my latte has a nice heart on top? awesome). But this whole idea of tip-before is ridiculous. I never tip up front if the machine asks for it, and I feel no guilt whatsoever.
