- Jtsummers 8y agoThe downhill slide started when The Weather Company bought it in 2012. TWC’s site was useless for all the ads at the time and that’s largely what pushed me to search and find Weather Underground. After the acquisition they plastered Weather Underground in ads as well. IBM hasn’t helped them, but they didn’t make them much worse either.
- AngryData 8y agoThe 10 day forcast chart still seems to work decent, but it feels like someone didn't like the short page view times, not realizing they had short view times because the display was so perfectly concise and convenient.
- sixothree 8y agoThe downhill slide has been tremendous. But they still have that one graph that nobody else can match.
- gonational 8y agoI could not agree more. The app is also terrible now... Wundermap -> Storm -> now whatever it’s called... worthless app now.
