Seriously...its a shame. Comcast's dual stack is impressive. I've been debating about moving back to Comcast just for this reason (in the rare part of the country where I actually have a choice of two decent providers). I've asked a few different CSR's to mention up the chain about losing a potential customer over this, but I doubt anyone cares, especially since I haven't talked to a CSR that actually knows what ipv6 is. I've "heard" the issue is due to Verizon's old peering agreements.
