Would you not be able to simply request a password reset?

  Probably you'll be able to reset your password. In my case I deleted my phone number associated with my account to make recovery as difficult as possible. I should say it's not a complete solution, just another line of defense against the urge to log back in.

  They also now send you an email which doesn't even require a new password. You click and it logs you in.
