On my phone I open the dialer, tap the menu button then Settings -> Calls -> "Blocked caller list". Then I click the cog icon in the top right, tap "Unknown nu

On my phone I open the dialer, tap the menu button then Settings -> Calls -> "Blocked caller list". Then I click the cog icon in the top right, tap "Unknown numbers" and check "Block incoming calls". This blocks all calls from numbers not in my contact list but they can still leave a voice mail.
