I'm s bit sad at the end of the article. Sounds to me like a great designer, with good ideas and some genuine leadership skills. But the article itself is so full of anger and resentment that I really wonder what it would be like to work with the author. Looks like nobody has taken the time or given him the opportunity to learn how to navigate trough BS and handle it. Saying NO, being political, negotiating. . . Not very surprising if he indeed had such bad managers. Still, feels like wasted time and resources for everybody. I hope he is doing OK now.
