  This idea that if someone critics something MUST also propose a solution is destroying any kind of sensible political discussion. Anyway I would suggest to focus on long term growth strategies, simplification of the business, incentive for companies growth. Our economic system is formed by too many small medium companies that simply cannot compete anymore in the global market.
