Unless you can explain why it made sense to include Flash last week and it doesn't today. You may have noticed that Apple cleaned house on Wednesday. They announced the Mac app store, deprecated Java (and listed deprecated-Java as a disqualification to get into the app store), and shipped significant new hardware which offered a clean break on the software configuration, including the end of Flash as default kit. There's no provision in the app store as currently defined to carry anything except self-contained single-package application bundles, so no, you won't see Flash or any other plugins carried there in the foreseeable future.
