Yes Apple regularly advertise for helpdesk employees, they get to work from home though.
The problems haven't changed, helpdesk is 75% assisting customers with reading comprehension, 25% actually solving legitimate problems.
- Stranger43 8y agoNot all of them though AppleCare is a step up from the ibm/Accenture/Conversys/etc. rum boilerrooms that makes up way to big a portion of the callcenter industry
