Why do you think you need to be particularly introverted or introspective in order to be able to reflect on yourself? I'd say it doesn't matter what kind of person you are by birth. If you aren't able to reflect on and evaluate your experiences, you're going to end up in places you probably didn't want to end up in or as a person you don't like.
- watt 8y agoNo, the problem I have is saying that "all miseries" come from that and nothing else.
- jplayer01 8y agoIt's not intended to be an ultimate truth of the universe. But the world would be a better place if more people did spend more time thinking about themselves instead of drowning it out with games, music or social media (like plenty of people that I know).
