I one time saw an older lady sneak a sip of water...
- rangibaby 8y agoA few times on local trains, eating on express trains (most people seated) is normal. It's common to see salarymen drinking booze too
- Grue3 8y agoI actually never seen anyone eat an ekiben, in Shinkansen or not (I covered the route from Himeji to Aomori in several trips). Most people were just eating snacks.
