- swebs 8y agoWhat do you mean by non stop? Does that mean you consume 0 calories for the entire month?
- wishinghand 8y agoJust during daylight hours.
- ccmonnett 8y agoNon-stop as in on all days in Ramadan consecutively. It's quite trendy to do alternating fasting cycles like "5:2" (five days 'normal', 2 days fasting, typically separated). Ramadan is ~30 days of fasting during daylight hours in a row.
- ThirdFoundation 8y agoWhat benefits have you personally seen? Genuinely curious.
- freecodyx 8y agoPersonally, i don't have issues with overweight. but before last ramadan (June), i was having some digestive issues, i lost appetite, and i was feelings like i need to vomit, but just after ramadan, everything is back to normal, i recovered quickly, and everything is back to normal, Also i was starting to get used to drinking beers (alcohol), but i had not to drink the whole month, and since then i don't drink (i don't miss it) for non muslims it might seems like it's crazy thing to do and you are harming yourself, but it's really easy for us and we miss it.
