How is a Slack PM NOT the equivalent of an IM? It's exactly the same thing, isn't it?
- InclinedPlane 8y agoExactly. The difference is that slack is used much more casually so people (including your boss) will have a tendency to PM you much more casually as well, even when that conversation is not important or doesn't need to be synchronous.
