Get the one esoteric developer to develop a layer of indirection (or API) for the other two developers to work with.
That way, you may be able to utilise all your developers fully.
As the saying goes "all problems in tech can be solved by an extra layer of indirection"
- shandsaker 16y agoWe already have an API...it is the front end of the app we are looking at swapping out (swap Flex for JS).
