My initial reaction is that this would just exacerbate the problem of frivolous lawsuits. On further reflection, I think that was my reaction mostly as a result of the marketing. It seems like there is a lot of potential for this to be used to help those who are being taken advantage of as a result of not knowing their rights as the article states.
