It's amazing, Sears CEO Lampert has done so much self-dealing -- turning Sears assets into Sears cash + Sears debt, with the debt owned by Lampert's own companies -- that he'd be the only beneficiary in a bankruptcy. There's so little equity, other shareholders would be wiped out.
