God damn I love water. It shocks me no end that some people have trouble drinking enough water, or even hearing some people say they hate water.
- taborj 8y agoI love water, but still had a hard time drinking enough (and, of course, incorrect diet choices) to keep kidney stones away. Twice (with 15 years between). Now I'm a water junkie. 3-4 liters a day, every day. Also cut out high-oxalate foods (RIP peanuts, I miss you). Seriously, folks -- drink your water. Keep a water bottle handy, and make sure you go through it a couple times a day.
