On a high level, I've found the best way to prevail on big issues is to start by saying Thank You. We are given a chance to better ourselves, let's be excited about it. On the contrary, guilt, fear, finger-pointing and violence have never solved anything. It seems to me that governments can be counted out of taking the leadership needed to solve this within 12 years. The way I see it, you have to think of solutions that work within corruption, selfishness, etc, and most importantly, with everybody. People who do that are politicians. It's a voting problem at its heart to me. I feel like the young people need to take charge of the world because the older generations have had their chance and not fixed it. Young people aren't less selfish and corrupted than their elders (I mean, maybe, but we don't know that, do we).
