There are efforts to have gradual typing suppprt in python though, and you might be interested in having at least partial typing suppprt.
- qalmakka 8y agoYup, it's a complaint that can be applied to every duck typed language out there, not just Python.
- devxpy 8y agoI actually believe that we can solve this problem for most cases. Take dart for instance -- it doesn't require any typing as such, but has an excellent type system that supports generics too. The type checker is pretty robust, but flexible at the same time...
