Being an instructor there already puts him two average deviations above the average graduate, I think. It's still a good signal, though.

- austenallred 8y agoTo be fair, the average CS grad couldn’t walk into Google and get hired either, so it doesn’t bother me that on average Lambda School grads don’t go directly to Google.
