To look at how an accomplished knowledgeable coder thinks, google's with the kind of keyword, what websites he vists, the songs he plays, even the kind of drinks, food e.t.c(for 11 hours straight some drinks might be suited best). If you work for a big tech company( and in the right team) you might get to see over the shoulders of 1000x devs. But for the rest of us this is the closest to looking over the shoulder of 1000x dev at work.
