- jedberg 8y agoThat's for reporting someone who is actually exploiting the loophole. I think OP is proposing a bounty for finding and reporting loopholes before anyone takes advantage of them. In other words, make it more profitable to tell the government what to look for instead of taking advantage of it yourself.
- MarkMc 8y agoYes exactly. It would be like Facebook only paying a bug bounty if you can identify the hacker who breached their security.
