Since there is no corroborating evidence, and if we remove the classist, sexist, racist language (not saying you are), that's simply "Friend supports friend. That shouldn't be a surprise" right?
- olliej 8y agoYou mean multiple witnesses, multiple cases, and the circumstantial evidence of actively preventing any real investigation into the claims? Or maybe the whole lying under oath in a confirmation hearing for the Supreme Court? If (as politicians love to say) he had nothing to hide, and especially given the position he is being appointed to, he should have been eager to have an actual investigation, and he should have had full background checks. The fact that he doesn’t (and hasn’t) alone is reason enough to hold off the vote. There’s no rush - the last justice was delayed by more than a year so the only reason to rush this through now is to try to stack the Supreme Court with corrupt sycophants before an election they’re not sure they’ll win.

How can anyone believe, and attempt to convince others about, that one accuser testifying that he was a member of gang of serial college rapists? The bar for that is going to be high...
- mvid 8y agoYou ignored all of the parents points. You shouldn’t have to believe it, you shouldn’t have to trust a single witness, because this should have been thoroughly and completely investigated by the FBI on their own terms and time frame. There was no reason to rush or limit the investigation, other than political.
