I guess I'm in the minority here, since my Amazon experience has been pretty decent still. Its certainly worse than it was in ~2010 or so, but every time a package gets lost, or something goes wrong, Amazon corrects it. My perception might also be insulated by the fact that I live in an apartment building without open access, so packages are somewhat secure (unless someone in my smallish building wants to be a dick). I still order most of my PC hardware off Amazon, and unless its significantly cheaper to go else where, I'm sticking with them.
