2 years ago it helped me through a rough phase learning from other persons experiences. Now I continue reading it on a very selfish way. It makes me feel, if not smart, at least cleaver. I love to read about stuff I never heard about, or progress in a field I like. And I love to understand what I read. Good for the ego !
