I've got 2fa on, mail and calendar on Windows 10 work flawlessly. It had me run through the standard Google OAuth process for both, didn't need an app specific password. No experience with contacts however, I don't use it. Though, I just turned it on and it automatically offered to import from both my Google and MSFT account (which would seem that the logins are global instead of being app specific).
